Summary: Young Alex isn't sure he has much in common with his step-dad, Jake. Jake is a big, burly, self-professed cowboy. Alex has a wiggly tooth and is prone to clumsiness. They finally make a connection after some comical dramatic irony concerning a big wolf spider. Jake isn't as tough as he seems!
