Summary:
As Gus's dog Ella ages, she makes a promise under a full moon that she will always be there for her best friend. After she passes, Gus mourns, but eventually is able to bring himself to go trick-or-treating. At the end of the evening, Gus must pass through a graveyard. When the skeletons rise and corner Gus, his loyal best friend Ella comes to the rescue. And who knows better what to do with a pile of bones than a dog?
