Summary: While exploring an abandoned lot, Peter (from The Snowy Day) and his friend Archie - along with their dog Willie - find an old pair of motorcycle goggles. As they leave, a group of neighborhood bullies try to take their treasure. The boys and dog must find a way to outsmart the bullies and get home safely with the goggles.
